The demand for increasingly smaller exhaust systems and the fact that silencers are often located in difficult positions presented Arrow with a new challenge.

The result was the Thunder series: the perfect blend of innovative design and state-of-the-art technology.

During development, Arrow drew on experience from off-road motorsport and once again opted for the diamond shape for optimal performance. The Street Thunder series is available with an aluminum, titanium, or carbon shell, and the end caps are available in stainless steel or carbon versions. Arrow has succeeded in combining the perfect sound with the necessary thermal insulation, despite the reduced overall volume of the exhaust. Countless tests and new production techniques were required for its implementation.
