How it started with BikepenR:

It does not happen every day that someone finds a gap in the market. Still Tinie Klerx from Drunen succeeded in this. In 2002 he founded the company BikePenR, focusing from 2007 on designing, developing and manufacturing mounts for navigation systems. At the 2007 fair In Utecht, my navigation aid attracted the most attention. “My entire fair revolved around that support, which was very special. Even the director of a major Navigation supplier advised me to do more with this idea. It was a great surprise that there was so much attention for that product. ” 2007 was a year of insight into the market for navigation aids and Tinie found that he could fill a few gaps with his knowledge. Tinie the technician has been busy with engines, technology and metalworking all his life. “Motorcycles are a common thread through my life. I know all the technical ins and outs ”, he says. “The most important thing about the engine is the line. With the standard navigation props this line was disturbed and I found that quite serious. I wanted to make something that would look neater, so that you can accept that the navigation unit with support is there. Even though it doesn't really belong there. ” Tinie's vision of the motorcyclist is exceptional. “Every bike is different, but the riders of those bikes are also different.
