Return within the Netherlands
It may happen that you want to return an order.
Perhaps because you do not like the product or perhaps there is another reason why you would not want the order. Whatever the reason, the order can be canceled up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason.
Returns are possible within the return period. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the product is damaged upon receipt or it is a warranty issue. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please return the product in its original condition and packaging. If you have any questions, feel free to contact our customer service!
Because we want to provide you with the best possible service, we ask you to fill in the return form as well as possible.
If the right of withdrawal is used, the product must be returned to MotorCorner.nl with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging.
If the product or packaging is damaged more than is necessary to try the product, we can pass on this depreciation of the product. So treat the product with care and make sure that it is well packaged when returning.

Rules regarding returns in Belgium
After you have received the order, you have 14 days to change your mind in which you can decide whether you want to keep, exchange or return the product. It is important here that you keep the product complete, do not use it and do not unpack further than necessary to determine whether the product meets your needs.
Save the packaging material and the price (labels) to be able to return the product in new condition. Use the shipping box with which you received the order to return the product. Make sure that you do not cover the product packaging with a label or seal it with tape.
Exceptions
In our return policy we have a number of exceptions when it comes to returning your order. For example, hearing protection cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. The same applies to communication systems and navigation systems. These cannot be returned once the packaging has been opened. Further exceptions are all custom-made items that are specially tailored for the consumer, in the case of personalized products or in the case of consumable products, products with fasteners (glues, solvents) such as for example ;
- 25 / 35Kw kits with TÜV certificate on frame number
- Shock absorbers and streetbox sets specifically put together for your bike
- Motorcycle seats
- Arrow exhaust systems and accessories
- Pinlock lens
- Sticker sets, kitgraphic sets specifically ordered for your bike
- Filled batteries specifically ordered for your bike
- Clothing from KTM
Refunds
It usually takes 2 – 5 working days to receive your return that you have handed in at the Return Point. If we have received your return, it will usually be processed the same day.
e therefore do our best to refund your purchase amount within a few days. In extreme cases, it takes up to 10 working days to make the refund.
When you return the order in full, you will receive the purchase amount back from us. If you keep part of the order and this brings you below €99, we will deduct the shipping costs of €7.95 from the amount to be transferred.
